Table Particle

The “Particle” table is an object of composition that reveals the metaphysical duality of matter and spirit. The inspiration for the object was the pearl of Power, which is held in the mouth of the Chinese dragon Fucanlong. In China, sculptures of dragons guard temples, in their jaws - not fixed ball-pearl, a symbol of concentrated energy, inseparability of matter and spirit, which brings good luck and which the Dragon should not lose. “Particle” - metal ball - ‘pearl’, is integrated into the monolithic body of the table, being its semantic and energetic center.

In our world, everything has two sides, two polarities. We are very
inspired by this theme of duality, and at WOODZENART we explore it, seeking a point of balance for opposites, looking at statics through dynamics,
in order to capture Zen—a moment that will be embodied in a specific object.
In the new collection, “Both Particle and Wave,” we continue to explore duality, this time focusing on the philosophical aspects of quantum physics, and reflect on the proven
formula that “light is both a particle and a wave.”
